A beautiful rural park to enjoy at any time of the year. The park hold quite a bit of history where Queen Victoria once stayed in the Grade ll listed Newsham house, now used as Judges lodgings. Grade II listed Seamen’s Orphan Institution also resides here and Cast Iron Bandstand. The park is home to two large lakes, Newsham Park Cricket Club and also Children’s climbing frames and playground. A positive to rent a property in Newsham Park is you have easy access to Liverpool City Centre, rents are quite reasonable given your central location which gives you easy access to shops, Motorway links and other amenities.
