These are the 4 simple steps you need to take to become a valued client.
Step 1. Once you have contacted your local Golding office, chosen the properties you like from the vacant properties available and arranged to view them providing you are over the age of 25, our negotiator will give you a Tenancy Application Form and, where necessary a Guarantor’s Application Form, to complete and advise you exactly how much money in total is required. *Guarantors will be required for those claiming housing benefit
Step 2. Once you have completed the application forms, return them with all relevant documentation, to your local Golding Office along with your holding deposit and your application will be processed within 72 hours.
Step 3. Once your application has been approved, we will contact you and arrange a date for you to move into the property.
Step 4. The day you move into the property, or before if it is more convenient, the balance of the money is required along with the signing of the legal agreements and inventory. The Golding negotiator will then hand over the keys to your new home.
Your ongoing monthly rent is then paid by standing order, leaving you free to enjoy the comforts of your new home.
